ERSTELLUNG VON WEINKARTEN
Die Erstellung von Weinkarten bieten wir individuell und kostenlos für unsere Kundschaft an.
Die Texte, seien sie auf Deutsch oder Italienisch werden professionell erstellt.
Die Grafiken von Etiketten oder Flaschen, welche von ASIMEX vertrieben werden, sind von den Herstellern gestellt.

DAS FRISCHE PRODUKT
Die "frischen Büffel Produkte": Mozzarella, Ricotta und Burrata Pugliese, sind, auf Vorbestelllung, ab Montag, 14:30 Uhr in unseren Geschäftsräumen abholbereit.
Um diesen Service durchführen zu können, muss die Bestellung der u.a. Produkte bis spätestens Donnerstag 13:00 Uhr bei uns eingegangen sein.

Da es sich um handgefertigte Frischkäse handelt, kann das Gewicht von den einzelnen Kugeln variieren.
FRISCHES BROT, jeden Morgen ...
Das Brot & co.: Ciabatta, pagnotte, focaccia, mafalde siciliane und viele mehr, im Dienste der guten italienischen Tradition, werden uns jeden morgen frisch von Montag bis Samstag geliefert.
Die Vorbestellung des Brotes, muss bis 16:00 Uhr des Vortages bei uns aufgegeben werden.

HAUSLIEFERUNGEN
Wir liefern mit eigenen Fahrzeugen in einem Umkreis von 50 km rund um Frankfurt am Main innerhalb von circa 48 Stunden ab Bestellungseingang.
(Nach Absprache ist auch eine Lieferung bis zu 150 km möglich)
für diesen Service berechnen wir 6 % Aufschlag.
für Bestellungen die ausserhalb unseres Lieferradius fallen, kann die Ware, nach Absprache durch eine Spedition auf Kosten des Empfängers geliefert werden.

- Einrichtungen die über eine Verpflegungsfläche für ihre Mitarbeiter verfügen.
ZAHLUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
Der Kunde zahlt bei Erstellung der Rechnung an der Kasse in unseren Geschäftsräumen mit :
- Bargeld
- EC- Karte (in Verbindung mit PIN Nº)
COMPILAZIONE CARTE DEI VINI
Per quanto riguarda la compilazione delle carte dei vini, offriamo alla nostra clientela un servizio individuale e completamente gratuito.
I testi, siano essi in lingua italiana o tedesca, sono redatti professionalmente.
Le immagini delle etichette o bottiglie, fornite dai produttori dei vini commercializzati dall'ASIMEX (attualmente più di 500) sono ad alta risoluzione grafica.

IL PRODOTTO FRESCO
Il "fresco di bufala": mozzarella, ricotta e burrata pugliese, si può acquistare (solo su prenotazione), presso il nostro magazzino di Francoforte sul Meno, a partire dal lunedi alle ore 14,30.
Gli ordini ci devono pervenire entro le ore 13,00 del giovedi.

Trattandosi di prodotti artigianali fatti a mano, il peso delle singole pezzature puo variare.
PANE FRESCO, ... ogni mattina
Il "pane & co.": Ciabatta, pagnotte, focaccia, mafalde siciliane e molte altre specialità all'insegna della buona tradizione italiana, ci vengono consegnate fresche ogni mattina, dal lunedì al sabato.
Gli ordini devono pervenirci entro le ore 16,00 del giorno precedente.

CONSEGNE A DOMICILIO
Le consegne a domicilio vengono effettuate con i nostri mezzi di trasporto, in un raggio di 50 chilometri da Francoforte sul Meno, nel giro di circa 48 ore dalla data d'ordine.
(previo accordo, è possibile estendere il suddetto raggio d'azione fino a 150 km)
Per questo servizio verrà addizionata sul prezzo di vendita una percentuale pari al 6 %.
Per il servizio a domicilio, oltre i 150 chilometri, la merce, è resa franco nostra sede e i costi di spedizione sono a carico del destinatario.
PER POTERE ACQUISTARE ALL'ASIMEX ...
Bisogna essere in possesso di una licenza che attesti la ragione sociale dell'acquirente, nelle seguenti specifiche categorie :
- Import-export di prodotti alimentari
- Rivenditori di prodotti alimentari all'ingrosso o al dettaglio
- Agenzie di commercio per la diffusione di prodotti alimentari
- Rappresentanti autonomi, nel settore della diffusione e il commercio di prodotti alimentari
- Ristorazione (tutte le categorie)
- HoReCa (Hotels - Restaurants - Catering)
- Istituzioni governative o private, che nei loro stabilimenti, fabbriche o uffici abbiano adibito un'area di ristoro per gli impiegati.
MODALITÀ DI PAGAMENTO E VALUTA
Il cliente effettua il pagamento alla presentazione della fattura, presso l'ufficio cassa, con :
- Denaro contante
- EC Card (in abbinamento con il Nº-Pin)

Preparamos una lista de vinos individual y gratuita para nuestros clientes.
Los textos escritos profesionalmente están disponibles en italiano e alemán.
Las imagenes de las botellas y sus etiquetas, son proporcionadas por los productores de vinos y comercializadas por ASIMEX (actualmente más de 500).

PRODUCTO FRESCO
El "fresco de Bufala": mozzarella, ricotta y burrata pugliese, se pueden adquirir (sólo bajo petición), en nuestros almacenes de Franfurt, a partir de lunes a las 14:30.
Para beneficiarse de este servicio, los pedidos se deben realizar hasta las 13:00 horas de los jueves.

Debido a que son productos artesanales hechos a mano, el peso individual de cada pieza puede variar.
PAN FRESCO, ... cada mañana
El "pan & co.": Ciabatta, pagnotte, focaccia, mafaldine siciliane y tantas otras especialidades de buena tradiciòn italiana, llegan cada mañana frescas desde lunes a sabados.
Debemos tener las solicitudes hasta las 16:00 del dia precedente.

ENVIO A DOMICILIO
Se realizan envíos a domicilio con nuestros propios vehículos, en un radio de 50 km. alrededor de nuestros almacenes en Frankfut del Meno, y en las siguientes 48 horas de la recepción de su pedido.
(segun acuerdos concordados es possible extender il el radio de envios hasta 150 km)
Por este servicio se cargará el 6 % sobre el precio del producto.
Para los envíos que superen los 5 0km. La mercancía se enviara por servicio privado y los gastos correrán a cargo del destinatario.
PARA PODER COMPRAR EN ASIMEX ...
Debe tener una licencia que confirme la razón social del comprador en las siguientes categorias :
- Importación-exportaci´n de productos alimenticios
- Revendedor de productos alimenticios al por mayor o al detalle
- Agencias de comercio para la difusión de productos alimenticios
- Representantes autónomos en el sector de la difusián y comercio de productos alimenticios
- Restauracián (todas las categorias)
- HoReCa (Hotels - Restaurants - Catering)
- Instituciones públicas o privadas, que en sus instalaciones, oficinas o fábricas tengan un area de restauración para empleados.
MODALIDADES DE PAGO
El cliente efectuará el pago a la presentación de la factura, en la caja de nuestras oficinas con :
- Dinero en efectivo
- carta EC (con Nº PIN)

We prepare an individual and gratuitously winelist for our clients.
The texts are written professionally in german or italian.
Pictures of etiquettes and bottles, distributed by Asimex, are disposed directly by the producer.

THE FRESH PRODUCT
The fresh product (buffalo cheese Mozzarella and Ricotta), is available from Monday 2 p.m. in our warehouse in Frankfurt am Main.
To make possible this service, we need to receive your reservation of the fresh Buffalocheese, within Thursday 1 p.m.

Due to the fact that it is a handmade product, the weight of the single pieces can vary.

"Bread & co": Ciabatta, pagnotte, focaccia, mafaldine siciliane and a lot of other specialities of italian tradition are delivered every morning from Monday to Saturday to our warehouse.
Orders and reservations need to be assigned the day before, until 4 p.m.

HOME DELIVERY
We deliver orders with our own vehicles in an area of 50 km around Frankfurt am Main within 48 hours from acces of your order.
(after arangement, it is possible to deliver in an area up to 150 km)
We charge 6 % for the delivery on the price of the products.
We do, after agreement, deliver orders out of our area, trough a forwarding agent, at consignee's expense.
TO BUY AT ASIMEX ...
You have to have a trade licence which confirms one of the following qualifications :
- Import & Export of foodstuffs
- Retail or Wholesale business of foodstuffs
- Marketing Agency of foodstuffs
- Indipendent Agent of foodstuffs
- Cateringtrade (all category)
- HoReCa (Hotels - Restaurants - Catering)
- Institutions who have an area of catering for their employees.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The client pays directly at the cashier's office with :
- cash
- EC- card (in connection with PIN code)
